MITCH MATTHEWS BIO:
Â
For twenty years, Mitch Matthews has helped accomplished professionals answer one question: "What's my next?"
He learned it the hard way. Mitch was a successful corporate guy who took a promotion he knew was wrong within days. Single income, two little kids, and a mortgage that scared him. The turning point came at his own kitchen table, when his wife slid a magazine across to him, pointed at a sidebar article about coaching, and said: "That's what you do."
He didn't quit the next morning. He took small steps of faith and started to build a coaching and speaking business on the side. With a lot of prayer, some hard work and some well-placed wisdom from a mentor… Mitch built a business that allowed him to surpass the income from that “bad fit” job… so he could walk away. No grand leap. No burned bridges. And… he hasn't looked back since.
Today Mitch is a speaker, coach, and host of the DREAM THINK DO podcast, which ranks in the top 0.5% globally with 450+ episodes. He's keynoted for leaders at NASA, NIKE and United Airlines. And through his work on The Authority Bridge™ - Mitch helps experienced leaders turn the expertise they already have into income and impact.
Mitch brings energy, warmth, and the kind of practical, story-driven insight that makes an audience lean in, take notes, and actually do something. He's an easy, generous and professional guest who comes ready to serve your audience - and they'll walk away believing their best chapter is still ahead.
